The College awards scholarships under different welfare schemes and waives Tuition Fees of the meritorious and needy students. To reward excellence and promote healthy academic competition, large number (one hundred) of Memorial Prizes and College Prizes are given to the students.

The students belonging to the SC and ST category receive stipend from the state government every year. Some of the meritorious students receive Merit-cum-Means Scholarship from the Govt. of West Bengal. Students belonging to the Minority Community avail the Post-matric Scholarships from the WBMDFC, Govt. of West Bengal. The Kanyashree Prakalpo is provided to the students Below Poverty Line by the Govt. of West Bengal. Quite a few number of students are provided with the scholarship under Sitaram Jindal Foundation – a national charitable organisation.
